When I started this journey, I had nothing but a dream – and a thousand doubts. There were times I wanted to give up. The syllabus seemed endless, failure felt personal. But what kept me going was the belief that I wasn’t doing this just for a job but for the chance to serve and create meaningful change.
As I stand today on the other side of this grueling journey, I reflect not just on my efforts, but on the people who helped shape this outcome.
One figure stood was my constant – my mentor Rasheef Sir and whole family of Impact Career Tutorials. Sir, your guidance was never just about strategy or study plans. It was about belief and self-confidence. Lastly I would like to say – “This success is mine, yes – but it’s also yours.”

Preparing for Civil services exams requires clear guidance and support, as it is very easy to get intimidated by the sheer magnitude of the syllabus and the competition.
Thanks to Raheef Sir's Impact Career Tutorials aspirants have got the right platform, which is quite unlike other such centres.
In my opinion, the vision of ICT is to encourage a culture of group study in library which makes the preparation more fun, engaging and competitive from the very beginning and moreover it creates a productive environment for the aspirants.
Also, ICT's quality mock tests keep the aspirants aligned to the demands of the exams and the expert faculties monitor their progress and analyse the performances to make them exam ready.
In a nutshell, ICT is a great platform for the aspirants to set sail their journey in the right direction.
